You may ignore me..
Like the winter ignores the urge of the green leaves
Not to abandon them from their branches
You may convince your mind..
That I never ever thrived in it..
When you'll find the withered leaves lying at your feet
And then look back at the dead tree
That once bore flowers of jasmine ..
Would your heart sink ?
Would you remember the words you once gave to an amateur poet ?
His verses are still waiting for you
To bloom and spread your love to the world
